Your privacy is important to us. Signup Schedule has created this Privacy Policy in order to disclose the use of consumer data collected about you. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed by email to policy@signupschedule.com.

Information collected...
Signup Schedule collects information about each person who registers ("Account Holder") with the Signup Schedule website including, but not limited to, first and last name, email address, username and password.

SIGNUP SCHEDULE DOES NOT SELL OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION, TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Information collected is only used as indicated below...

ACCOUNT HOLDER - We may contact account holders by email in regards to changes in their service such as program enhancements, changes in policy, planned outages, etc.

COORIDINATORS and VOLUNTEERS - We do not use coordinator or volunteer information in anyway. This information is used soley by the account holder.
Security...
Signup Schedule uses industry-standard technologies to secure your data through the programming of our application and have put security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Signup Schedule's control. Unfortunately, no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information within our systems, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmited to us.
Ad Servers...
Signup Schedule is ad-free. While we do not currently use an ad server, we may consider this in the future to keep the service free to our account holders; however, we are dedicated to maintaining and upholding your privacy and would investigate privacy practices of third party adverstisers before entering any relationship.
Cookies...
The sign up form has a "Remember me" checkbox which allows volunteers to optionally store there information in a cookie. Cookies are required to utilize this feature; however, they are not required to use our service.
Policy Changes...
Any policy changes will be posted here. We will notify current account holders of changes by email.
