TEAM CO-LEADER - days before the event, determine and collect what is needed to set up the booth, including tent, table, chairs. Be there by 10am to deliver and set up. You do not have to stay all day, but you must ensure there are other volunteers to work the booth and break down and take away tent and materials at the end of the day. |
